Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a remote-friendly Xplor Pay Direct Sales position in the United States. You will actively sell payment processing solutions, educate business owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions with residuals.

Candidates should have strong prospecting skills, be self-motivated, and comfortable with a commission-only model. Health benefits and 401K are provided; USA-based candidates only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling with clear business value.
• Valid driver’s license with auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
