Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, activation bonuses, long-term rewards, and a fully remote setup.

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on saving money, and close deals. You’ll operate independently with full support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads with a hunter mentality.
