Job summary

HRCap, Inc. is seeking an analytical, highly organized Business Support Agent to join its fully distributed Global Business Operations division.

You will manage inbound B2B account inquiries, troubleshoot platform and billing workflows, and coordinate internal data pipelines to ensure a seamless commercial experience. This entry-level role offers total remote autonomy across time zones, exposure to enterprise data management, and a clear path into higher-level operations analysis or account

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Communications, MIS, or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience; internships and project work valued.
• High comfort with cloud-based data apps, enterprise tracking systems, and MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional etiquette with stakeholders.
• Self-starting, organized, and able to coordinate across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for corporate client administrators across inbound inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve account discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks with IT and product teams.
• Assist in corporate billing operations, PO processing, and invoicing routing.
• Maintain accurate client data records and monitor interaction metrics.
• Support SOPs, knowledge base updates, and internal playbooks.
