Qualifications

• 1+ year of tech support and B2B software support experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing software, CRM, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound support requests through multiple channels and provide proactive outreach.
• Document issues accurately and escalate to Engineering when necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
