Huzzle is seeking a high-energy, empathetic Customer Support Specialist to be the primary contact for a growing B2B SaaS platform serving US-based clients. You will own ticket handling, guide users through complex workflows, and escalate issues to ensure customers derive maximum value from the software.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B SaaS support with phone experience, exceptional English communication, and a proven ability to work CST hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated experience in B2B SaaS customer support; must include phone support (chat-only not accepted).
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of supporting US-based clients and working US Central Time (CST) hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage and resolve high-volume support requests via phone and email.
• Lead live support calls with US-based clients to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Guide less-technical users through complex workflows with patience and clarity.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Identify recurring software issues and collaborate with the product team to drive solutions.
• Draft clear, concise internal documentation and external-facing help guides.
