Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our outside sales team in a remote/hybrid role serving businesses and individuals in the United States. You will meet with owners, managers, and staff to provide supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal client book.

This full-time position emphasizes relationship-building, ongoing training, and earning through draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. You’ll work Monday–Friday with optional weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life (or willing to obtain license; reimbursement available).
• Service-oriented, empathetic and focused on helping others.
• Self-driven, resilient and able to manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
