Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a remote/hybrid outside sales role. You will meet with business owners and employees to provide supplemental insurance solutions and build a personal book of business.

This full-time position emphasizes relationship-building, client support, and helping businesses secure their financial future with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a remote/hybrid outside sales role.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Deliver face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule with a collaborative team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with manager guidance.
