Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build relationships with business clients, manage a personal book of business, and drive outside sales. You will meet with owners, managers and staff to tailor supplemental insurance solutions that protect assets and employees.

This full-time role offers draw pay, commissions, bonuses, and a flexible hybrid/remote setup, with training and advancement opportunities in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be service-oriented and able to build client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
