Job summary

Cleft on the Rock is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to build and manage a personal book of business, meet with owners and staff, and provide supplemental insurance solutions. This is a full-time, outside sales role focused on relationship building, client support, and securing financial futures.

The position offers training, draw pay with commissions/bonuses as an independent contractor, and a flexible schedule once a client base is established, with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Meet with clients to understand insurance needs.
• Build and maintain a growing book of business.
• Present solutions to groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and maintain your own book of business.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and group presentations (1–100+ people).
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and respond to client needs.
• Manage your schedule while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hit monthly and quarterly sales goals with guidance from your manager.
