Job summary

The Fundworks LLC is seeking a Junior Sales Representative to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share. This remote role offers flexible work options and room to learn.

You will manage communications with clients and internal staff, navigate CRM systems, and contribute to processes, guidelines, and offers. Compensation ranges from $60k to $80k per year plus benefits, with a focus on resilience,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience with Cold Calling/Outbound Outreach is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects.
Strong time management and organization.
Resilience and persistence to overcome objections.
Comfort with CRM software and sales tools.
Solid sales process understanding.
Ability to analyze data to identify trends.
Adaptability to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the business development division and client management.
Communicate with internal staff and merchant representatives.
Assess merchant guidelines and determine qualification criteria.
Advise clients on guidelines, SOPs, processes and eligibility.
Negotiate and analyze offers, and prepare revised offers.
Onboard or restrict brokers as needed.
Develop SOPs and determine CRM requirements and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
