You will build a robust pipeline via cold outreach, social touches, and field visits, conduct discovery calls and product demos, and negotiate postings. Onboarding and CRM upkeep are essential parts of the process.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business development experience with a track record of hitting targets.
• Experience in HR tech, job boards, recruitment services, or SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to pitch to HR leads, operations heads and business owners.

Responsabilités

• Own the full new-business sales cycle in Singapore, focusing on employer acquisition.
• Build a pipeline with cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits; convert inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos; negotiate postings and featured products.
• Onboard new employers onto the platform and transition them to the client success team.
• Maintain accurate deal records in the CRM and provide weekly forecasts.
