Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for Genius and other payment solutions across restaurants, retail, and service sectors. You will nurture a high‑velocity pipeline, conduct in‑person and virtual presentations, and collaborate with district leadership to close deals efficiently.

The role demands a proven B2B sales track record, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely with a 75% field‑based schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Minimum of one year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for face‑to‑face and virtual selling.
• Professional presence with ability to connect with business owners and earn trust.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses (restaurant, retail, service).
• Own and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.
• Deliver consultative, value-based presentations in-person and virtually to show benefits of Genius for operations and loyalty.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities, set appointments, and close sales with a short cycle.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Atlas and Salesforce (call notes, follow-ups, client communications).
