Navigate Power Verde Solutions offers an independent, remote, 1099 energy sales role with uncapped commissions. You will build your own book by prospecting, developing relationships with commercial and industrial clients, and presenting energy solutions across electricity, natural gas, solar, EV charging, and storage.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to renewal, leveraging supplier access, pricing tools, and back-office support to win and expand accounts.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Ability to generate business through outreach and referrals.
• Independent, remote, 1099 role with commission-based income.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through direct outreach, referrals, networks and partnerships.
• Reach the right decision-makers: owners, finance leads, managers.
• Turn client information into strategy: review bills, usage, dates, needs.
• Make the options clear: explain pricing, terms, and market conditions.
• Develop opportunities beyond procurement: solar, EV charging, energy projects.
• Lead the sale through close: move from discovery to signed agreement.
• Build next opportunities by maintaining pipeline and pursuing renewals.
