Navigate Power & Verde Solutions offer a remote, commission-only role for experienced energy professionals to build a commercial client book. You’ll manage outreach, proposals, and negotiations across 110+ supplier relationships, with back-office support and sales tools to win and renew accounts.

You set your schedule, control your market, and earn commissions based on performance. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with no base salary.

Qualifications

• At least two years of B2B sales experience with a track record of winning clients.
• Ability to prospect, generate referrals, and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Consultative selling approach to uncover business priorities and objections.
• Independent, disciplined work style suitable for remote 1099 roles.
• Energy consulting, procurement, or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, partnerships, and existing relationships.
• Reach and engage business owners, finance leaders, and facility teams on energy budgets.
• Review bills and usage to identify potential savings and craft recommendations.
• Present electricity and natural gas proposals with clear terms and pricing.
• Develop opportunities beyond procurement, including solar and energy projects.
• Close deals and coordinate handoffs with internal support.
• Maintain pipeline records and pursue renewals and referrals.
