Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver high-quality support to B2B customers. This remote role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and emphasizes accurate order validation, quick issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to meet service expectations.
You will work with Pricing, Sales Admin, Transportation, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and field Sales to ensure exceptional customer experiences while leveraging technology such as Delivery Ware and
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a service industry.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, cross-functionally and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Validate high volumes of orders accurately and promptly.
- Process order modifications per customer requests while minimizing risk.
- Respond to inquiries on order status, inventory, product info, pricing and programs.
- Resolve customer issues via phone, email and fax with high quality service.
- Collaborate with Pricing, Sales Admin, Transportation, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Field Sales.
- Keep up-to-date with delivery platforms and electronic data interchange tools.
