Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a remote, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm role. You will handle inbound calls and emails, process customer orders, and ensure accuracy while delivering high-quality support for our B2B customers.

Role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and strong communication skills to resolve issues swiftly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a service industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work with accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills; strong problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Validate a high volume of orders accurately and timely.
• Process order modifications to meet customer requests while minimizing negative impact.
• Respond to inquiries on order status, inventory, product info, discrepancies, pricing, and programs.
• Address customer problems via phone, email, and fax with courtesy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Sales Admin, Transportation, Finance, Quality, Marketing, and Field Sales.
