Job summary

You’ll handle inquiries related to fulfillment, shipping, claims, and operational issues, building strong relationships and delivering proactive service, including Anaheim, CA client considerations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a B2B or enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting business clients or professional customers, not just individuals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned business clients via CE Portal, email, phone, and other channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships by understanding client business needs and priorities.
• Own customer issues from inquiry through resolution with timely updates.
