Job summary

e123 is a Work From Anywhere company with a remote US workforce. This role can be based anywhere in the US except IN, IL, PA, NE. You will work directly with B2B customers from onboarding through the lifecycle, building long-term relationships and translating business needs into actionable specs for our developers.

The position emphasizes customer-facing support, collaboration with internal teams, and delivering superior service across the client journey.

Qualifications

2+ years of customer support/technical support in a SaaS/B2B software company.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support to clients for business process improvements and technical issues.
Assess technical issues and identify creative solutions.
Educate and coach customers on best practices of the platform.
Serve as liaison between customers, support and internal staff.
Document new features or customizations and coordinate with Development for QA.
Support onboarding including configuration and customization.
Engage with customers by phone and online via collaboration tools.
Proactively manage customers to prevent pitfalls.
Deliver superior client service.
