The Client Solution Engineer will work directly with B2B customers from onboarding through lifecycle, translating business needs into clear technical specs and working closely with developers to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support/technical support experience in a software company (SaaS/B2B).
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to capture business requirements and take initiative to solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-moving company.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• JIRA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-going support to clients for business process improvements and technical issues to ensure optimal platform usage.
• Assess technical issues and identify solutions using creative problem solving.
• Educate and coach customers on best practices of the platform.
• Serve as liaison between customers, support, and internal technical staff.
• Document new features or customizations and coordinate with Development for QA testing.
