Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer support/technical support experience in a software company, SaaS or B2B environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; ability to capture business requirements.
• Proactive in solving problems and taking initiative with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise between customers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to clients for business process improvements and technical issues to ensure optimal platform use.
• Assess technical issues and identify solutions with creative problem solving.
• Educate customers on best practices and act as liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Document features or customizations and work with Development to QA test implementations.
