The Client Solution Engineer will guide B2B customers from onboarding through the lifecycle, translating business needs into technical requirements and working with developers to define precise specs.

You will help clients optimize the platform, troubleshoot issues, and coach teams on best practices while building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support/technical support in a SaaS, B2B environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication throughout.
• Ability to capture business requirements and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to clients for business process improvements and technical issues.
• Assess technical issues and identify solutions using creative problem solving.
• Educate and coach customers on best practices of our platform.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, support team, and internal staff.
• Document new features or customizations and coordinate QA with Development.
• Support onboarding with platform configuration and customization capture.
• Work with customers by phone and online using collaboration tools.
• Proactively manage customers and prevent potential pitfalls.
• Deliver superior client service.
