Qualifications

• Highly organized and self-motivated business development professional.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and professional email communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives, HR pros, and business owners.
• Experienced using CRM platforms and prospecting tools.
• Persistent without being overly aggressive; independent work style.
• Able to build and improve sales processes and reporting.
• Proficient with Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, and outbound tools.
• Focused on quality outreach and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Research companies with hiring needs and identify decision-makers.
• Build and maintain prospect lists in the CRM; keep records clean.
• Create and execute outbound email campaigns; conduct targeted cold calls.
• Develop multi-touch outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Follow up consistently and move prospects through the business-development pipeline.
• Track conversations, opportunities, and next steps; report on results.
• Present Connect Force's recruiting capabilities to potential clients.
• Collaborate with ownership to continuously improve the process.
