Job summary

ConnectEra LLC is seeking a sales-first professional to turn leads, cold outreach, ads, and referrals into booked calls and closed clients. You’ll be strong on the phone, confident with business owners, and experienced selling websites, marketing, branding, SEO, ads, SaaS, or B2B services.

We bring the offer, the pipeline, and the systems. You bring the closes, manage the pipeline, and move deals quickly with AI-assisted research and sharp outreach.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with websites/marketing/branding/SEO/ads/SaaS or B2B services
• Strong phone skills and ability to engage business owners
• Numbers-driven with a track record of closing deals

Responsibilities

• Call leads and business owners via phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and CRM
• Work leads from ads, cold outreach, referrals, and organic channels
• Use AI to research leads, personalize outreach, prep calls, write follow-ups, and improve scripts
• Book qualified discovery calls and run or join the sales calls
• Prepare proposals and follow up until the lead is closed or disqualified
• Manage the pipeline in CRM systems and test different offers and scripts
