ALAVANI is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to expand our client base. You will drive growth by identifying target businesses, articulating the value of AI agents and workflow automation, and advancing prospects through the sales pipeline in a flexible, remote environment.

This role offers 100% performance-based commissions, uncapped earning potential, and the freedom to manage your own time. Prior B2B SaaS or AI sales experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a flexible environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Georgian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify businesses and decision-makers who would benefit from AI agents and automation.
• Communicate how ALAVANI’s solutions save time and automate workflows.
• Track leads and manage end-to-end sales cycle from contact to closed deal.
• Collaborate with the technical team to align client needs with custom architectures.
