• At least one year of B2B SaaS or software sales experience, including outbound prospecting, lead generation, product demonstrations, account acquisition, or closing new business.
• Two+ years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or related HR field plus at least one year of B2B sales or outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect staffing companies and recruitment agencies across the United States.
• Build a sales pipeline via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Demonstrate the AI recruiting software and articulate its value.
• Manage a sales pipeline from outreach to closing.
• Maintain CRM with accurate prospect and activity data.
