Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with Smart Leads or similar outreach platforms.
• Proficient with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition through cold email outreach.
• Manage outbound campaigns and lead qualifications.
• Maintain lead quality and CRM data integrity.
• Improve inbox deliverability and open rates.
• Track KPI metrics and report to manager.
• Set and meet TOFU targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and coordinate with Ops.
