ALAVANI is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to expand our client base. You will drive growth by identifying target businesses, articulating the value of AI agents and workflow automation, and advancing prospects through the sales pipeline in a flexible, remote environment.

This role offers 100% performance-based commissions, uncapped earning potential, and the freedom to manage your own time. Prior B2B SaaS or AI sales experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a flexible environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Georgian is a plus.

• Clearly communicate how ALAVANI’s solutions save time, reduce manual effort, and accelerate task turnaround.
• Promote our core hook to get potential clients on the phone and into our sales pipeline.
• Track your leads, follow up consistently, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to closed deal.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure client needs are perfectly aligned with the custom architectures we can build.

Требования:

Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development. You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder. You are disciplined, organized, comfortable with flexible environment and can easily adapt in understanding our services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You know how to craft compelling emails and hold confident, persuasive discovery calls. Georgian and English. Будет плюсом: Experience in tech, SaaS, software, or AI sales is a massive plus
