This full-time role requires energy and resilience, with a focus on understanding Care.com services, driving partnerships, and hitting weekly and monthly sales targets. On-target earnings are $80,000–$100,000 with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales is required.
• Experience with cold-calling sales is required.
• Must commit to 100 dials, and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time daily.
• Organized and process-driven in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with small to medium size business owners to offer Care.com Marketing Solutions.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline and close deals through the sales cycle.
• Monitor daily volume of calls, messages, and touch points.
• Achieve individual sales goals/quota on a consistent weekly and monthly basis.
• Understand company services/products, industry trends, and provide value.
• Work with management to analyze sales and financial metrics while retaining your book.
