Choice Property Resources is a well-established, B2B professional services firm seeking an Account Executive. You will connect with C-suite and senior leaders to grow multifamily client accounts from Choice's expertise in telecom and service contracts.

The role offers independence within a driven team, with remote work available to those within 50 miles of Columbus, OH, and requires travel 10–20% of the time plus strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from accredited university preferred.
• Travel 10%–20% of the time.
• Remote work from Central Ohio area within 50 miles of Columbus.
• B2B sales and/or business development experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts consultatively: asking great questions and listening.
• Positioning Choice as a Trusted Advisor.
• Growing accounts to achieve growth goals.
• Launching new clients with emphasis on timelines and revenue generation.
• Deepening relationships to expand Choice's role with clients.
• Presenting and closing proposals to decision makers up to the C-Suite.
• Selling on value, including new/expanded services.
• Renewing agency agreements with existing clients.
• Thinking strategically while managing details.
