Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to join a leader in IT. This remote role guides customers through the design and delivery of modern contact center solutions built on AWS, blending architecture, advisory, and cross-functional work.

You will partner with executives and delivery teams to shape strategy, validate requirements, and support launches, with travel up to 25%. Strong AWS knowledge and hands-on coding are valued, as is experience with CRM and contact center integrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Hands-on scripting or coding with Python/Java/C#/ .NET/Node.js.
• Excellent communication with executives and IT leadership.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in launching contact center solutions
• Conduct technology assessments to evaluate ROI for cloud contact center solutions
• Facilitate business process reviews to gather customer requirements
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and lead architectural discussions
• Translate customer needs into effective contact center designs
• Oversee technical teams to ensure timely and quality solution delivery
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
