Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AWS Solution Architect to join a leader in IT. This remote role guides customers through the design and delivery of modern contact center solutions built on AWS, blending architecture, advisory, and cross-functional work.

You will partner with executives and delivery teams to shape strategy, validate requirements, and support launches, with travel up to 25%. Strong AWS knowledge and hands-on coding are valued, as is experience with CRM and contact center integrations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions.
• Hands-on scripting or coding with Python/Java/C#/ .NET/Node.js.
• Excellent communication with executives and IT leadership.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

For our client, we are seeking an AWS Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide customers through the design and delivery of modern contact center solutions built on AWS. The position blends technical architecture, customer advisory, and cross-functional coordination to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality implementations. You will partner with executives, IT leaders, and delivery teams to shape solution strategy, validate requirements, and support successful launches. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in customer-facing cloud architecture work within the Information Technology industry.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
