Job summary

Ladders is seeking an AWS Technical Architect to guide customers in designing and delivering cloud-based contact center solutions with a strong AWS focus. This remote role partners with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures and ROI-focused deployments across complex enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities include leading discovery, educating customers on AWS value, and ensuring timely, high-quality solutions. AWS certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

For our client, we are seeking a AWS Technical Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will guide customers through the design and delivery of cloud-based contact center solutions, with a strong emphasis on AWS architecture and implementation. You will partner closely with customers and internal technical teams to assess requirements, shape solution strategy, and translate business needs into scalable, effective designs. The position also involves helping customers evaluate ROI, facilitating discovery, and ensuring high-quality deployment outcomes across complex enterprise engagements.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer success in launching contact center solutions on AWS
• Conduct technology assessments to evaluate ROI for CCaaS platform implementations
• Facilitate business process reviews to gather customer requirements
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and engage in architectural discussions
• Lead discovery sessions and assist customers in building project ROIs
• Translate customer requirements into effective contact center designs
• Oversee technical teams, ensuring timely and quality solution delivery

Qualifications

• Customer-facing contact center experience
• Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
• Hands-on scripting and coding experience, such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
• Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda integration, and call center routing
• AWS certifications, such as Developer Associate, Solution Architect, or Professional
