Job summary

Onco360 is seeking an Area Vice President of Payor Sales for a remote, nationwide leadership role. The position focuses on business development, contracting, and strategic payor relationships across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial plans, and IDNs.

The incumbent will drive sales targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide an account management team to expand payor coverage and opportunities. Salary starts at 160k and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare/market access industry sales & contracting experience.
• 10+ years of healthcare/market access industry sales & contracting experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute company targeting strategy across all assigned payor accounts to hit revenue and GP goals.
• Maintain and expand payor accounts, creating opportunities to grow relationships and pricing options.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations, sales, marketing and billing to ensure seamless contract execution.
• Provide effective client presentations by gathering required information on current services and contract status.
• Lead QBRs, sales presentations and other client-facing meetings; develop QBR decks with account managers.
