Onco360 Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Area Vice President of Payor Sales to lead strategic payor initiatives and expand contracting across government, commercial, and IDN segments. This remote role allows base in any state and emphasizes business development and strategic payor partnerships.

The role focuses on driving revenue through payor contracting, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, marketing, and billing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare/market access sales & contracting experience.
• 10+ years of healthcare/market access sales & contracting experience.
• Excellent negotiation and contracting process skills.
• Strong understanding of the Payor landscape and reimbursement.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead payor sales strategy and execution for assigned territory.
• Negotiate and manage payor contracts and pricing.
• Develop and present client proposals and QBRs.
• Collaborate with internal teams across operations, sales, marketing, and billing.
• Maintain and expand payor account relationships to hit revenue goals.
