Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy seeks an Area Vice President of Payor Sales to drive business development and contracting across payor segments. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with PBMs, Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans, and IDNs while coordinating with operations, marketing, and billing to execute contracts.

The position is remote with flexible work from home options; salary starts at $160,000+ based on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of healthcare/market access industry sales & contracting experience.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience with complex contracting processes.
Strong understanding of the payor landscape and reimbursement process.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

Execute targeting strategy to increase sales with assigned payor accounts.
Expand and cultivate relationships with payor accounts; identify pricing and product opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, sales, marketing and billing.
Prepare and deliver client presentations; lead QBRs and other meetings.
Negotiate and manage new client opportunities end-to-end.
Lead cross-functional teams in building RFP/RFI sales materials.
Maintain opportunity pipeline in the CRM; drive revenue targets.
