Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Area Vice President of Payor Sales to drive business development and contracting across payor segments. This remote role can be based in any state, with Louisville, KY noted for reference. The starting salary is 160k and up based on experience.

You will lead strategic account management, negotiate complex contracts, and build relationships with payers, PBMs, and IDNs, collaborating across teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare/market access sales & contracting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Life Sciences or related field.
• Strong negotiation and contracting process experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute target strategy across payor accounts to hit revenue goals.
• Expand existing payor relationships and pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and billing for contracts.
• Lead QBRs and client-facing meetings.
• Negotiate and manage end-to-end client opportunities.
