Gogo is seeking a Manager, Technical Solutions to lead technical training and support for customers while coordinating global training efforts and aligning with Sales, Support, OEMs, and regional teams. You will bring aviation knowledge, presentation skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a seamless experience with Gogo products.

The role requires strong project leadership, budgeting, and documentation, with a focus on improving responsiveness and meeting business objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and/or aviation-related certification.
• 5+ years of aviation experience or an equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Extensive knowledge of satellite communications, aircraft avionics, and aviation communications.
• Experience with computer networks, network topology, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Must be located in the Northeastern region of the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver on-site instruction, training, and technical support for new and existing customers to create the best experience with Gogo products and services.
• Partner with OEMs to provide pre- and post-delivery connectivity training.
• Organize and coordinate international training efforts while working closely with the North American team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support to align customer-facing processes and support a consistent experience.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones, including assigning projects as needed.
• Manage projects within budgets, timelines, and specifications.
• Create technical documentation and provide updates on project progress.
• Support company-wide strategies to improve customer responsiveness and achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrate Gogo’s mission, values, and customer service philosophy through teamwork.
