Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Temp Project Coordinator to support the project management team on AV hardware upgrade projects for a financial services client base nationwide. This role offers remote work with the ability to report to the Tampa, FL office for scheduled client meetings.

You will handle documentation, invoicing, vendor coordination and project administration to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Experience with Audio Visual and/or IT hardware installation projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strong communication as the liaison between clients and IT teams.
• Process project documentation and acquire external quotes.
• Coordinate change orders and notices with consultants and vendors.
• Schedule meetings and communication plans for projects among teams and clients.
• Assist with contract administration, tender openings, and recording results.
• Enter project information into project management tools and process invoices.
