Job summary

A leading technology services provider is looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee AV infrastructure projects. This fully remote position involves managing requests, creating AV Bills of Materials, and ensuring AV standards are met. Key responsibilities include validating room dimensions, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates have program management experience, AV knowledge, and strong communication skills. This role is expected to start in late January or early February.

Qualifications

• Experience in Project Management, particularly in AV or IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AV standards and equipment selection.
• Strong organizational abilities and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review requests and gather scope details.
• Create AV stream and BoM for requested setups.
• Submit PRs for approval and coordinate with vendors.
• Conduct handover meetings with delivery PMs.
• Validate room dimensions and confirm AV requirements.
• Apply AV standards and handle non-standard setups.
• Use internal tools and CAD diagrams.
• Communicate updates and maintain documentation.
