Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services on IT infrastructure and AV upgrades for occupied corporate offices across the United States. The role spans from initiation through closeout, with travel up to 25% nationally.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk while coordinating with clients and project teams. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of relevant experience, a degree preferred, and certifications such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM.

Qualificações

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• IT construction experience in network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless, AV, security, and sound masking.
• Knowledge of leases, contracts and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all areas of project management for technical commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Interface directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resources, cost estimates & budget, work plan, quality control and risk.
• Document IT requirements with project team to define technology solutions.
• Define delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or project qualification; conduct RFIs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Direct the project delivery team including architects, engineers, and vendors; provide mentorship and direction.
• Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values; build consensus and align stakeholders.
