Job summary

Bright AV is hiring a Project Manager to lead remote event productions from concept through execution. You will coordinate technical leadership, equipment planning, and labor resources, working with clients and internal teams to ensure flawless AV experiences.

The role emphasizes budgeting, vendor collaboration, and maintaining Bright AV standards across nationwide events. Competitive salary with commission and full benefits support dynamic project execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams to deliver events within budgets up to $300K.
• Aim for target margins through crew management and efficient gear use.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving during live productions.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to exceed expectations.
• Track budget changes and follow up with sales to capture changes.
• Enforce Bright AV standards with onsite staff as needed.
• Translate client requirements into technical solutions with Producer/Sales/Creative teams.
• Create CAD drawings, cable plans and production schedules to guide the team.
• Coordinate with venues for seamless AV integration.
• Communicate power and dock requirements to planning team/CSM.
• Keep Intellivent updated with technical changes.
• Develop comprehensive AV equipment plans based on project specs.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory for timely equipment availability.
• Stay updated on latest AV tech and propose innovations.
• Plan and manage labor resources for each event.
• Maintain relationships with freelancers and contractors for a reliable labor pool.
• Work with senior ops to address staffing, including recruitment and training.
