Job summary

Trigyn's direct govt. client has an urgent contract opportunity for an AV Project Coordinator in Arlington, VA. This part-time remote role includes occasional in-person visits to support the Unified Communications program within the Customer Experience division of the Department of Technology Services.

The role oversees day-to-day project assignments for conference room installations, coordinates vendor and staff activity, and tracks deliveries while providing status updates in project meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AV or project coordination.
• Experience with AV hardware installation and integration.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with government agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project work for conference room installations.
• Coordinate vendor, internal staff, and user logistics.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
• Escalate issues to the UC Program Manager and AV engineering team.
• Coordinate removal of existing equipment per disposal process.
