Trigyn's direct govt. client has an urgent contract opportunity for an AV Project Coordinator in Arlington, VA. This part-time remote role includes occasional in-person visits to support the Unified Communications program within the Customer Experience division of the Department of Technology Services.

The role oversees day-to-day project assignments for conference room installations, coordinates vendor and staff activity, and tracks deliveries while providing status updates in project meetings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AV or project coordination.
• Experience with AV hardware installation and integration.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with government agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project work assignments to ensure the successful completion of conference room installations.Duties include:• Coordinating logistical activities of vendor, internal staff and users for all installations• Facilitating project meetings• Tracking and validating equipment deliveries• Serving as primary point of contact for communication with departments to provide notification of upcoming work efforts• Providing status reports during scheduled project meetings• Escalating functional, quality, timeline issues to UC Program Manager and AV engineering team• Coordinating the removal of existing equipment according to the client’s surplus disposal process, where applicable• Assisting the UC Program Manager and AV engineering team as requiredExperience:• 8+ years of relevant experience.
