Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own the website relationship with automotive dealership clients. This fully remote, full-time role drives proactive website strategy, analytics, and customer success across a portfolio of dealers, aiming to expand relationships and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
• 2–3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive management.
• Experience with digital marketing strategy for websites/ads (SEM/SEO).
• Proven ability to communicate with dealership stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Salesforce familiarity and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Manage a full/complex account load and prioritize needs.
• Speak with customers to articulate problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA data, and SEO priorities.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities and timelines clearly to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce to track cases and backlogs.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to support growth.
• Provide recommendations for site performance and enhancements.
