Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an Automotive Technical Service Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include resolving technical questions, providing first-level support for consumers, and escalating issues as needed while adhering to established processes. Remote work is available with specific home-office requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of technical & customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and technical experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including system navigation, data entry accuracy, and typing proficiency.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
• Resolve technical problems, within a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution assistance with Client service and/or devices specific issues including but not limited to WIFI and internet connectivity.
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Provide feedback on call issues
• Upsell if required
