Job summary

TP is seeking a Remote Automotive Technical Support Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, providing first-line technical assistance for automotive devices and connectivity issues while ensuring a positive customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of technical and customer service experience.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve questions or concerns.
• Provide front line, first level technical assistance for consumers.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including WIFI/internet connectivity.
• Escalate interactions when necessary and provide feedback on call issues.
