Teleperformance is seeking an Automotive Technical Service Specialist to serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with professional excellence. You will resolve inquiries using web-based tools to ensure a seamless customer experience in a high-velocity setting.

The role focuses on providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and maintaining accurate call records, with opportunities to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 months technical & customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat and/or social media to resolve questions or concerns.
• Provide front line, first level technical assistance for consumers.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including WIFI and internet connectivity.
