Morley is seeking a remote customer service associate to support a world-class automotive brand from home. You’ll answer inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails, and research questions using web tools while maintaining a friendly, professional tone.

This fast-paced, highly structured role emphasizes consistency, documentation, and accuracy. Michigan residents only; strong communication, empathy, reliability, and a 25 wpm typing speed are essential for success in a monitored, multi‑system

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
