Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking a remote customer service associate to support a major automotive brand from Michigan residents.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound conversations, follow defined processes, and document interactions in multiple systems while staying composed in a fast-paced, structured contact center environment. The role emphasizes reliable scheduling, routine tasks, and using web tools to research questions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).
• Availability to work shifts within our hours of operation and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (phone, chat, email) with a positive attitude.
• Use web-based tools and internal systems to research questions and requests.
• Document each interaction clearly and accurately.
• Manage assigned cases from start to resolution by following defined steps.
