Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a remote Full-Time Team Member to assist customers with orders, track packages, and answer warranty questions. You’ll use Talkdesk and Windows-based systems to resolve issues while delivering excellent service.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask, and willingness to learn technical details about vehicle systems. Residency in select US states is required; OT may apply during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or at least 2 years of automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls using Talkdesk and provide friendly, professional service addressing post-sale questions and concerns.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.
